Retry failed extractions on unpause, fix delete callback deps

- triggerPendingExtractions() now runs when unpausing, so packages
  with extraction errors are automatically retried
- executeDeleteSelection no longer depends on snapshot objects
  (prevents unnecessary re-renders with large queues)
