### In-app updates
- Refreshed the latest release metadata immediately before every installer download instead of reusing a previous update check.
- Read the running version from the installed package metadata so the displayed version cannot lag behind the installed application.
- Added a release gate that rejects packaged main bundles built for an older version.
- Kept a dismissed update prompt closed for the same target version until the next application start while still allowing newer releases and manual checks to appear.
- Changed the Update available button from blue to green.
