Sucukdeluxe b6ce49e7ef fix(accounts): center row menus under action header ...

Anchor the account action track to the table edge and offset only the row menu controls by eight pixels so their centers align with the wider Action label. Remove the previous shared padding approximation and lock the account-specific alignment in the focused regression test.
