to .bak, rename .tmp to main config)

New "Accounts" tab for managing hoster credentials separately from
upload settings. Accounts can be added, edited, and deleted via modal
dialogs. Login credentials are automatically verified on save, showing
status (Bereit/Fehler) in the account list.
