The settings section was nested inside the collapsible cards body, so you had to expand a hoster group first before you could open its upload settings. Moved the section out to the group level (sibling of the cards body), so the "Upload-Einstellungen" toggle is always visible directly under each hoster header — collapsed or not — for every hoster.
