Pillar 7 (Auto-Discovery) gets the Helix top-clips-crawler module (9 tests).
Pillar 5 (UI Power) gets its first visible component: Command Palette via
Ctrl+K with 6 tab-jump commands.

219 unit tests + e2e:release gruen.
