Extend hybrid companion stem matching to all archive types

Browse Source 
The stem extraction regex for matching companion metadata files (.sfv,
.nfo) to their archives only handled RAR patterns. Now also covers
ZIP, 7z, tar, generic splits, and recovery volumes.
