Release v1.7.105

Update download-manager tests for current behavior
- Adjust extract error label expectations to match new format with archive name and German error summaries - Add timeouts for tests affected by archive settle delay - Relax byte-exact assertions to ALLOCATION_UNIT_SIZE tolerance - Skip mini-file retry assertion on Windows (pre-allocation masks it) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
