Configured debrid accounts can now be freely reordered using up/down arrows in the Accounts settings tab. The order is persisted and migrated from existing primary/secondary/tertiary settings automatically. Direct hosters (1Fichier, DDownload) are excluded from the list as they match automatically by URL. Mega-Debrid is split into two separate selectable providers (API and Web). Added per-hoster routing to assign specific debrid providers to specific file hosters. Fixed duplicate MKV files appearing in library folder caused by sample files from Sample subfolders being collected. Fixed TypeScript build errors from leftover legacy provider-selection dropdowns. Added CSS styling for the provider order list UI. Updated debrid tests to correctly handle the new providerOrder field.
