Improvements
- Account column layout reset button: Added a dedicated "Reset columns" action in the Accounts settings section so machines with broken locally stored table widths can return to the intended default layout without removing any accounts.
- Updater-ready patch release: Published as 1.7.2 so existing 1.7.1 installations can detect and install the fix through the normal update channel.
Bug Fixes
- Fix inconsistent Accounts table layout across machines: Two systems on the same app version could still render different Account/Zugang/Aktionen column widths because the table stores widths in local browser storage. The new reset action fixes that safely without touching account credentials or settings.
