Bug Fixes
- Fix all broken German umlauts in UI: Restored 142 broken umlaut characters across the entire renderer (App.tsx). Characters like Größe, hinzufügen, Schließen, über, für etc. now display correctly instead of showing ? placeholders. File is now properly UTF-8 encoded.
