Highlights
- Rebuilt the Accounts tab as a viewport-filling compact table with fixed rows.
- Moved rotation, provider order, and host routing into a separate Usage Rules view.
- Reworked Add Account into a compact one-line provider list with direct credential fields below it.
- Added bulk account enable and disable without losing custom provider order or unrelated provider state.
Reliability
- Kept table headers aligned during horizontal and vertical scrolling.
- Preserved valid selections across account removal, provider filters, searches, and edit flows.
- Added keyboard selection and dialog accessibility semantics.
