Sucukdeluxe c579c3a116 feat: Desktop-Ordner, File-Uploader und Scripte aus dem Setup entfernt 
Die Desktop-Ordner "Downloader Fertig", "Downloader Unfertig" und
"Entpackt" werden nicht mehr angelegt, der File-Uploader und das
Scripte-Paket nicht mehr installiert. Damit entfallen die Gitea-Quellen
Administrator/File-Uploader und Administrator/xabbo-scripts komplett.

Der Real-Debrid-Downloader heisst inzwischen Multi-Debrid Downloader und
wird jetzt durchgaengig so benannt. Installationspfad, Prozessname und
Asset-Name des Releases bleiben unveraendert (productName ist weiterhin
Real-Debrid-Downloader), damit die Bereits-installiert-Erkennung greift.

Der .mdd-Download entfaellt, weil der Downloader seit ueber zehn Releases
kein .mdd-Asset mehr veroeffentlicht und der Schritt nur noch in eine
Warnung lief - analog zum .mhu-Ausbau in v2.5.0. Die beiden dadurch
ungenutzten Data-File-Helper sind mit raus.

Twitch VOD Manager und Multi-Hoster-Upload ziehen unveraendert das
jeweils neueste Gitea-Release; die Asset-Filter wurden gegen die
aktuellen Releases 1.0.5 und 2.1.13 geprueft.

Setup umfasst dadurch 16 statt 18 Schritte.

Administrator 4c46e4a697 release: sync VServerSetup with Multi-Hoster v2.0.3 
Keep the setup source on the canonical Administrator/Multi-Hoster-Upload Gitea repository and expose that source in the installer output. Remove the obsolete .mhu asset lookup because the v2.0.3 private bridge release publishes installer, portable, blockmap, and latest metadata only. Bump the setup version and document the v2.0.3 product release with transport tag v3.3.111.

All custom tools now download from git.24-music.de releases:
- Habbo Launcher → Habbo-Launcher repo
- JDownloader installer + backup → JDownloader-Setup repo
- File-Uploader → File-Uploader repo
- Scripte → xabbo-scripts repo
- .NET 6.0/8.0 runtimes → dotnet-runtimes repo
- G-Earth was already on Gitea

Zero streamerware.de dependencies remaining.
Added Get-Gitea-Latest-Asset helper function for cleaner code.
Updated README with all Gitea repo links.

PowerShell script that auto-installs 16 programs on a fresh Windows VServer.
JDownloader backup config included as separate zip file.
